Over the past year, one of my main goals was to boost my grasp of human behavior, and to deep dive into cognitive psychology so I have a better understanding of who I am designing for.

🧠 2. There are 4 mental phases of every user journey.
Every interaction follows a psychological structure – and those who know the sticking points can break down barriers in a targeted manner.
🎯 3. Not every optimization is worth the same.
The biggest lever is often in the most emotional moments of a journey. This is where it is decided whether users drop out or stay.
🗣️ 4. CRO is not number bingo – it’s about persuasion.
